i have to say working exp is much more important than the pass of CPA. i suggest u to find some temp or intern works while looking for a perm job. Sponsorship is definitely a big problem, u can do nothing about it, it is all about luck. the only way is to try more, get more interviews and get more offers and finally find one who would like to sponsor you. that is my story at least.
