help!!"solicitation of prostitution" record affect job hunting?

I just has been convicted as "solicitation of prostitution" . There will be record in my criminal background.

How does this crime record affect my future job hunting? I am engineer right now.

If I go to other company interview in the future, they still hire me if they find this crime record.

Desperately need help!!!
