The most attraction of the company's job is I can work at home, simply by the money issue, I think these two are not big different. I have 2 kids, both are pretty young, therefore, I really hate to put them into after school care. However, for the career development view, working at the university will give me more protential space to develop. It's tough for a woman who wants to balance career and family. Thanks.
