Suggest some "good qualities" of the team lead

You can talk (or e-mail) to your manager and express your desire to have a great team lead.
You can list what you consider important qualities (not names) about a great team lead, including listening skills, consensus builder, etc.
You can ask if your manager wants to poll the team members anonymously or individually for their input.

Then leave it to God:-)
