Need advice pls! I applied a job last night which I qualifed

almost all the requirements. However, this morning I recieved a computer generated rejection email from the company. I was very upset, because I believe that I have the right experince and dont understand why they rejected so fast (dont'seem they really go through it!or they rejected me simply because I am not a native). I am thinking to call up the HR department to ask for an answer. Is it appropriate??? Thank you in adavance!!!
