What type of responsibilities do you feel to be most rewarding?

To me, the most rewarding one is "the value adding" role, through which I can make a direct contribution/impact to help the growth of our company.

I would make my best effort on each assigned role, and hope I can have progressively growing responsibilities in my career development.

What type of responsibilities do you feel to be most frustrating?

During my past experience, I did not see any frustrating responsibility. Each position has its own challenges and opportunities, from which I learned and growed.
