20/80 rule

刚想到的。。跟大家分享，望指教。。

if the boss is using the 20/80 rule to you, then you use the 20/80 rule back to him..

- how boss uses 20/80: he uses 20% of his people to do 80% of the work;
- how you use 20/80 back: you use 20% of your time/energy to earn 80% of your salary.
