Job agent screw me up -help!

Today (09/18/09) is Friday. At 2pm, my boss called me to office---“This is small world. One of my friends got you through a job agent. You do not want to commute and work for family own company.” – Exactly what I said and he do like to hear.

Now I have to choose stay till next tax season with low-pay or walk away right now?

Any advices? Thanks.
