I don't think you can learn lots of big firm, if you work at big firm, you may only foucs on certain area. if you want to set up your own business, small firm have different client from tax(individual-partnership-cor) to financial(bookkeeping- compilation-reviw-audit) that will give you good experence. and sometime don't need overtime.
