Any reference case similar to your product
in your company or other company

3. Preliminary overall Plan

Milestones for years.

Project Timetable

4. Focus Areas

5. Project Challenges (Vulnerabilities)

6. Budget (need a finance person's input)

Capital Expenditure
Operational Expenditure
External finance plan...
or other Fiscal Tax assumptions...
Investment return..

Since our products are commodities, we do not include
marketing analysis.
