在遍地都是laid-off的情势下，这是许多很老练的管理者为保住自己而不得已作的。。我上次讲到过我朋友由于没有promoted to CTO, and was demoted to employee from a director（actually the new CTO wanted to let him go, but a manager who was promoted by the new CTO wanted my friend to stay under him）， 更滑稽的是...后来， several months later, my friend was promoted, and the manager was let go.....
