Actually, I did set 3 goals to improve my work several months ago as they required. I improved for 2 of them, but they ignored them and only focus on the goal 1, which they thought I did not make obvious improvements.

What you mean "留下的记录是我没有能力，"? for your future employer? I don't think they can get that record you resign it.
