Why can't you simply ask to put your name in the author list? You should simply reply to the email with something like 'Thanks for letting me review the draft abstract... Please put my name as one of the key authors... as you know I was a key member of this project... I did this and that...' you may also put in the bracket that you discuss the writing and authorship with G earlier.

Quitting from a position because of these problems is not a real solution as a professional. What you need is to develop true professionalism and confidence in dealing with these problems. I really don't think the approach like 得到一个说法, 跟公司的compliance hotline投诉 or 告他们discrimination is a mature thing to do.
