谦虚 before the trainer is the appropriate behavior

Lots of times 国人式样的谦虚 works in the America companies, it's matter how you use it.
If 谦虚 can make you survive in the work place, why not? As a new person, survive is more important then anything alse. When you are guru already, then you do not need 谦虚.
