职场真是够惨的阿！ ~~

今天看了几则招聘广告，普遍薪酬水平比以前低好大一截。其中一个要求机械工程师10年到20年中型以上制造业工作经验，上岗后还要负责mentor刚入行的年轻人，工资才给25-30 per hour，有天理没有啊。还有就是越来越多的招聘广告加上了 US Citizens ONLY. 奶奶的，这不就是传说中的招聘歧视么/!

附一则招聘部分内容如下：
10 -20 years of experience in a mid-sized manufacturing environment.

Must have experience in machine design, tool & fixture design, process improvement, and assist/advise maintenance group.

Must be able to work independently and as a part of a team. You will be a mentor to less experienced personnel.

Must have good communication skills.

Pay Rate: $ 25.00 to $30.00 per hour
