As a professional , please be strong.
Please protect yourself.
If you see or experience something in work which is not fair for you, go talk with your manager first, tell him clearly what you don't think it is fair for you.
Then tell your manager: I am going to report this to HR, you are welcome to join my talk with HR if you like.
Then go talk with HR, report all the facts which you think it is not fair for you, including detailed timing, location and other necessary info.
Ask HR what will is their suggestion and what are they going to do.
