能打电话给hiring manager or hr 吗？

上星期五一个on site interview. 这个星期一 hr 发来email说
"The initial feedback from the team was very positive. I will keep you informed as I receive more information. "
可是到现在还没有任何more information. 我是否可以电话去问一下？ 真急人哪。
