我要不要接受这个offer-60k vs. +80k

CPA with ~3 year work experience. Last job is in a hedge fund as a fund accoutant for two years. Total compensation is around +80k (with +20%bonus). Moved to Seattle because of family relocation. Recently got an offer (non-hedge fund industry) with salary 60k.

Any advise whether to take the offer or not? I am really feeling i am selling myself too cheap if I take it. But on the other hand, it's really hard to find another job.Any advice/thought would be appreciated.
