Our company is flexible, we could use sick leave on family members. Company pays benefits if work over 30 hours although only the OM comes to work 30hrs per week and claim she works at home every Friday and she includes lunch time as her working time. Our company also allows employee take 40hrs off for school activities each school year. My director takes every Wednesday morning off for his children's classes and leaves earlier to pick up his children.
