I've asked OM, she told me she discuseed with Director and decided to deduct my vacation according to the company's rule. Director is out of town, I could not ask him face to face. So I read the employee handbook, I didn't see such rule. Also she didn't deduct vacation for the others who also have negative sick leave. My understanding is OM initiates the issue, my director doesn't care this.
