你如果失去了适时捍卫你自己的机会,你就是会被他们欺负。对不起直言了,他们就是在欺负人。你看着她的眼睛告诉她:

不仅如此,在你查了员工手册发现她对你病假的错误处理后,就应该即时要求纠正。现在来看,就只好不了了之。

我其实是最不赞成遇到问题就要离开公司的(且不论公司如何),可是是你自己身在其中,你如果非常不愉快又没办法通过改善自己来改变现状,试着找新的工作机会也未尝不可。
