What does that mean?

Just hang up an phone interview, the hiring manager told me I am the second person she interviewed, there is another candidate will be interviewed next Monday, asked me about availability and salary range, salary range did not tell her, being vague. Told me next week will nail down and director of HR will call me next week. What does that mean? Negative or possitive?
