For Happy Now Again?!Where should I take classes?

I like data. Wanted to get a PHD in Statistics after got MS of CS.
But,Where should I take the courses? on line courses or getting another degree? What courses? I can tell you are very familiar with DA.Your suggestions are really helpful and highly appreciated! It does give me hopes especially when I feel it's so dark everythere.
