For me, job first. If the new job has potential or if the new job is what I love to do, I won't care too much about the compensation. Do what you love to do everyday: Priceless!

Purely from compensation point of view, to jump ship, you need to have at least $10,000 increase in the annual salary column or no less than 15% if your slary is 6 digits.
