下星期三on-site, 周末突然感冒发烧, 该怎么办?

I will have an on-site interview next Wednesday, but a really bad cold hit me during the weekend, and I don't think I can fully recovery before next Wednesday. What should I do now? Should I call hiring manager next MOnday to postpone the interview? Please help!
