请问这样的email还正常吗？

我老板比较新，和我还在磨合中，他是合同工。今天我们一起参加了一个会，完了他把他的会议笔记给我让我看，我一看很生气，美国人的手书，大家都知道，乱的要命，我看了一眼就不想再看第二眼，有点受辱感。我又不是秘书，我自认为是很高级的人才，于是我写了下面的email给他：
I won't be available between 2-3. I'll have a webcast during that time. We'll need to discuss if there is any more risk factors you identified so far.

Plus, the notes are very very hard to read......

他回：
What are you saying about my hand writing????????

I will follow up with you after that.（这个指的是工作）


我认为他关于书法是在开玩笑，我回：
ur hand writing is very pretty, but it's really a pain reading it...

他回：
good answer!!


请问他是在开玩笑还是真生气了？后来他又把notes的重点type了一下。请问这样的email还算正常吧？我没有太不恭敬吧，其实我也不太care，就是想看看大家怎么想。这也不算flirt吧？
