140K senior System Admin offer, accept or not?

I got an offer at 140K working for a startup. currently I worked for a same company for 8 years and salary is 90K, bonus is stocked based and every year will yield about 80K or so.

new job is challenging and probably shaking as well, but existing position is relaxing but have glitches with boss and colleagues -- so maybe shaking as well?

should I accept new offer or let existing company layoff me and I can get a signoff package?
