question about hiring company

Hi, I got several interviews three weeks ago and it is a Taiwan big company. After several interviews, the hiring manager told me that my interviews were quit good. He also checked my references and told me that he has reported my case to the company management. However, I have not hear back any thing so far. Do you think they just want to steal my ideas through the interview?
