It's clear:). Why don't you ask those folks how they started the move?:) I'm sure you have the kind of connection, otherwise how you have those info? Why don't you ask the people around in your team, and share this info, and that's enough!:) Perhaps, after a couple of this kind of thing, this woman will be done -- people are smart enough to recognize it.
Her problem is that she cannot fix her own problem in a real way, then keeps pretending, then finally screws up her own way.
