But, 跟 gui 公司 whether paid the state 有关系. Virtually, here in US, there is no free money (even free lunch).

If gui 公司 pays the state for unemployment benefits, the employee of gui 公司 becomes eligible for receiving unemployment benefits, otherwise not eligible.

This is the only trick I know about this, hope it helps you!:)
