No Z Turn

If your LG likes Z turn, let him Z Turn himself. 6 years 6 schools, hard to imagine that.

It's hard to predict things in Silicon Valley right now, today you have a job, tomorrow u could be just let go, not mention ur LG may have 3 month probation period in the new company. Let him Z Turn first, if he stablizes after a while then u may consider move in with him.
