switching career to CFA?

Hi, All,

My hu*****and is considering moving from IT to finance field. He already passed CFA level I exam and preparing for CFA level II. He has been in IT for over 10 years and making 6-firgure salary. Do you think this is a good move? What kind of jobs can he apply for and what starting salary can he expect?
