Auditor or investment analyst - need suggestion

My major is accounting, and worked as an investment accountant for 2 years, 2 weeks ago I changed to another job as an investment analyst (in the investment group), but need 2 hours commute one way. Now I got another interview as an auditor, very closed to home, but this is entry level position, the salary is low.

Do I need try this opportunity? I need some experience professionals give me some advise - which career path is better?
