大家帮忙看看，这样的回信，是否就是没戏了

on site 已经快3周了，忍不住给大头和manger各写了封信询问，回信如下：

大头说：
We are still in the process of interviewing candidates and expect to be doing so for several more weeks.We will keep you informed of our progress.

manger说：
Thanks for letting me know. It was a pleasure talking to you. At this
time, we are still interviewing other candidates. I will let you know if
a second interview needs to be scheduled.

是不是没戏了？如果要想在催的话，2周过后比较好，还是就等消息算了？
