Thanks for everyone's reply! I actually have sent HR the letter telling them that TN doesn't need special sponsorship and also provided them with a sample TN support letter. However, I don't know if I can count on them to understand this. Still waiting... Not sure if I need to send another letter to explain further. Or should I wait for their reponse?
