请问您讲的是美国的普遍情况? 还是个例?
雇佣记录调查时会不会问title呢? If they ask my previous employer about my title when I left company, HR in my previous company might just say "He is engineer". Would the person who conduct background checking be surprised when he/she saw I used "senior engineer" on resume?
