Should I write a Thank You note

I had an on site interview today. The HR gave me her name card so I wrote her a Thank You email. The hiring manager didn't give me his name card but I found his email through web site. Should I email him a Thank you note.
I think I shouldn't since I didn't get his email directly. Just want to hear your thoughts.
