但每次发现她出了错, 别人写EMAIL问起, 她就用她的POLITICAL WAY 回, 一看就知她全扣到我的头上。

As a manager, it is good that she defects problems in a political way. It's something maybe you should learn too.

How is it that her answering in a political way is to point finger at you?

And "我又是新人", you don't make mistakes? I suppose you actually make a lot of mistakes? However, you only mentioned that when she makes mistakes.

我非常努力工作,几次都累病了.

Sorry to hear but sorry to say, 努力工作 =/= good results. What counts is what your manager and others perceive as your contribution, and how well they feel comfortable working with you. Business is result oriented. Good work ethics and no good results are meaningless in the business arena,

只有她最知道我的工作成绩,而且她这个MANAGER权利很大

She actually knows what you do and how well you deliver. Do you have an accurate feel for what she thinks of you?

So she has power. If I were you I'd try hard to suck up to her and find ways to bank my career with her, instead of dreaming of sabotaging her. I'd go out of my way to help her take care of/cover up any problems.

You seem to think work relationships in a rather negative, and black and white way. Personally I see very little wrong-doing on her part and I see your take on the whole thing is mostly wrong.

Proactiveness and positive thinking are what you need right now. Most likely your perception, rather than the reality, is the problem.

Of course as a young person and rookie in the workforce, you may find it shocking that there is no democracy in the office, a superior has a lot of power and everything seems political. Yeah welcome to the party, embrace and learn.
