Why do you have to make friends at work?

You're doing your job, to generate income for your life, why do you have to make personal friends with coworkers? -- It's two different areas of life: work is public life, personal friendship is private life, why mix it up?

I don't think you need to follow the Indians, and I don't think you need to form any personal friendship with Chinese at work -- actually it's better not to, you're going to save yourself lots of trouble. For personal friendship, there are tons of ways out there, bars, gyms, something like here the wxc:)... Oh yeah, do you trust god? if so the church may be for you:)...
