Convert to fulltime in Countrywide? Don't even think of it

Countrywide got big trouble in mortgage market. Bank of America(BAC) bought it out as a friendly gesture to FED that BAC is a responsible corporate citizen. There's a long story about the real reason behind it. Cut it short, Countrywide is now part of BAC, whom just announce a plan to cut off 30k to 35k employees in the next 3 years.

So you tell me, what's the chance of converting a contractor to full time employee when the company wants to slash so many positions.
