Contract doesn't mean your level is low

俺单位有很多 爱梯 Contractors, some of them doing contractor job for ~10 years.
They carry good IT skills and they don't want to convert to employee.
They belongs to their own Agent company, that company send them to Client company. They can change client company every once a while, so they go through many different environment without jump to different owner.

Yes, write your contractor experience into your resume.
