I've heard the rumor that you guys make patients cash cows. I'm still looking hard to find my own cash cow:).

But, seriously, things like that means it's not working, and some kind of systematic fix is needed. What's the hell? The whole team is working till this time of a Saturday? What's so important thing out there? The terrorists are launching another attack? Come on! There is clear sign of deviating from critical principles of work and business: work smart, don't work too hard, do what matters, do what works. I won't even try that, keep drilling the wall.
