My lawyer told me someone got H1-B transfer approved after he lost the job afer 6 months. But some body got denied after one day. But I think is very safe to transfer H1-B with in a month.

So your hu*****and should keep looking and try to find a job. Then he should transfer his H1-B if possible. There is no need to leave US before his transfer is denied.
