I will suggest you deal with this kind of thing step by step:
1. Document things - e-mails / files etc.
2. Show your proactive to try to solve the issue--- Talk to your supervisor directly to knwo what is going on, how you feel, and get agreement how you plan to solve the issue -- start from the first step i.e.....
3. After a month, if it does not work, then go to HR say that I need your guidance and help to solve the issue, express that you really love the company and plan your future her......
4. Be careful about the race issue.....
