状告老板!here is what I said to HR,各位大虾有何建议?
I do not want to cause any problems.I like XX company and try to do a good job.
Please look at my weekly project report and timesheet,remote log in time to see my work record and the number of hours I am at work weekly(60-70hrs/week for the last month).I want to be a part of the team and be productive.
Since I started at XX, A(my boss) has been treating me differently from the others.I cannot figure out why? (Perhaps it is because another guy hired me or the color of my hair or perhaps because I am Chinese???)
I have tried hard to please her and show her I am a good employee.
I have many good e-mail feedbacks from marketing department.(print several emails)
I do not waste time talking or being idle. I attempt to get all of my projects done on time.I have improved my skill set by self-learned methods on my own.I am always on time and usually here late!
Issues:
1. No encouragement: Never tells me I am doing good job or being appreciated. However goes out of way to tell others they are doing well, in front of others.
2. No evaluation of any kind since I started: Never told if I am doing well or bad.
3. No interaction with me on a personal level, I am excluded and felt like I am not part of the team.(never asked anything about my family,kids,weekend.She talk such things with others everyday.)
4. Ribbons event: She gave ribbon to all except me for a recent project,singled me out,D(also a new employee)did nothing for the project,he got ribbon.I did not directly code,but did some test and support the team for doing other projects.She makes me feel like I am not part of the team!
5. No training:
a. Afforded training to D twice ,and F,T...,I am the only new employee who had no training so far,when I asked about it she said she had no budget or no programs for me.but their training is also just what i need!
b. When asked for help ,She only just says look it up and will not explain.
6. Different treatment regarding time off. (T got extra day off for working Overtime, I got nothing)
7. Not giving me projects in the standard method of operation:
a. Tech Documentation:not updated after changing.
b. Estimation of developing time:not giving reasonable developing hours for the project
c. Unreasonable requirements (ask me to use only 10 sql procedures!,I used 48 before,decreased to 24 after recode,She did not say anything good,but gave further order to use 10 sql procedures,which she never asked to other developer,I discussed with my co-worker,they are shocked!)
d. Threatened with a written warning, if work not done on time. no one else was threatened.all have projects past the due date.
e. A will not give an explanation to me of how I am to do a project and once I get it finished she adds and deletes parts of it at will without explanations. Adding complexities and difficulties
f. Prior to due dates she assigned many other projects which caused the original date to be pushed back but she still held me to the original date.
Conclusion:
What I believe and feel is that A is doing whatever she can to discourage me or force me to quit.
I am not going to quit! All I want is to be treated fairly and equally. If I do not understand something then she should spend time to help me
找HR谈后,说要进行调查,接下来会安排我和老板以及HR沟通,下步如何应对?目前我只是说It is against Equal Employment Opportunity, 是否算workplace discrimination ,证据是否足够?各位大虾有何建议?
