I disagree with you because

1) the way I see it, it's not 自甘堕落 that her post was trying to convey, instead, she just wanted to let us know how she wants to prioritize her life. There's no right or wrong here, if it makes you happy by doing the other way, go for it.
2) For your information, a lot of us have seen her posts in the past about working her butt off over some weekends. If her boss keeps her around while laying others off, I think there must be a reason for that. A lot of us, including myself, still need to learn how to be a well rounded person like her.

Anyway, when I was reading that particular post from her, I found it's so down to earth, more like a friend telling you what's on her mind, no more, no less.
