I did see every detail of your question, and I was indeed very rude, but that's nothing, folks can be much much ruder than that to an ass hole!

Is it an ass hole that somebody trying to move on while not able to perform the job, in addition to asking a few questions of a new guy? I don't see any capable person nice and capable like that! That's a typical ass hole, an ass hole that screws up things with company and more junior people! Is it clear? I don't think any employer should feel comfortable to hire you.
