another thing forgot mention is i am the only one Chinese who work in the company, all of the others are native, image i did lots of job, but all of my contribution is not on my name is on others name, i taught the new one,I mean i once did before, then his level was increased but i still in the same place, because my supervisor feel i the good one who is "埋头苦干，任劳任怨“,ｉ　ｏｎｃｅ　ｔｒｙ　to transfer to other position, but my supervisor don't let this happen, that's why i want to find new job, but before i find new one sure i don't want someone can easy to replace me, especially teach by myself, i believe this is everyone will did to protect himself.
