Relocation, have to sell my house at a loss

I will change job and relocate. So I got to sell my house at a loss. I
bought my house two years ago in Mar 2006. The loss is almost 10% and up to 30K. That is so bad. I am so hesitant about changing job, though I already accepted the offer. Anybody change job now, have similar situation? How to deal with this?
