1. looking for a lawyer and start to fight back.
I knew a company fired a few during past years, all of them sued. The company settled the cases without going to court. The employees got up to 18 months of pays. If you performed well, you could build a case for your self. At least you need to show your company your strong fighting stance. I have a feeling that they will not tell you to come back.
